Beschreven als de "Grote Dame van de Algarve", is de Oceânico Old Course een van de oudste en populairste golfbanen in het land. Het is in 1996 gerenoveerd en gemoderniseerd en heeft nog steeds zijn oorspronkelijke ontwerp behouden. De groene fairways worden minutieus onderhouden door een geavanceerd irrigatiesysteem en op een duurzame manier beheerd volgens strikte milieubeschermingspraktijken. Het lommerrijke dennenbos is het visitekaartje van dit veld - en mogelijk de grootste uitdaging. In 2009 werd de Old Course gerangschikt in de Top 100 van de Continentale Europese Golfcursussen door Golf World UK. Het is ongetwijfeld een fantastische locatie voor een onvergetelijke game.
