The living/dining room has exit to the garden with panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Room cleaning and a cook is available on request, for an additional cost. There is motor access to the house. Parking space is available by the house.

For shared use there is grounds of 4 ha. For private use there is grounds, a large garden of 2 ha and an outdoor swimming pool, above ground, of 7 x 3 m, opened from 27-04 to 28-09. In the garden with garden furniture there is barbecue.
