Formerly it was built in two sections, it has a pool equipped with three water valves which give rise to three jets of water that form the flag of Peru.
Located in the heart of Chiclayo.
Around it are shopping centers, the RENIEC, its beautiful Cathedral, the Royal Hotel, the Old Tropical and Colonial Cinema Theater, as well as republican buildings and many places where any tourist or citizen could enjoy.
