The original idea was born from an Italian priest whose motivation was to build an observatory designed especially for children and young people with limited resources.
The construction has an architectural foundation based on indigenous, religious and scientific elements put into practice thanks to different donations from individuals and organizations. For the same reason, the observatory and the chapel have been united in a single building.
