The villa is located in the green Elviria district. 10km east from Marbella-Centre. Apartments ‘La Madrugada II and III’ are located in the back of the villa and have garden view. The Dutch owners also live in the villa. All apartments are very comfortable and very well maintained. The villa is located at 800m from the shopping centre and 1000m from the beautiful beach of Elviria with various nice restaurants. Elviria has one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa del Sol! There are lots of sports opportunities like golf and tennis. sailing. horse riding and walking.
