The dam consists of a wall of rectilinear plant with the initial length of about 50 meters, currently having a maximum height of 3 meters and a thickness of the same size, with buttresses.
Located in Alcoutim.
Today, only a section of the dam with about 40 meters in length and 6 buttresses is conserved. About 100 meters downstream, Estacio da Veiga excavated a set of graves, a villa and a possible temple.
