Inaugurated on February 22, 1986, it is located on the western shoreline of the resort and people walk through it freely enjoying the sea and the sea breeze. Taking the path to the cave of the bats, the cave of the pirate Drake and the beach of "Los Changos", which is currently poorly known as the beach of "pigs".

Papudo is 198 km northwest of Santiago, 15 minutes from Zapallar and 30 from La Ligua.
By car
From Santiago you must travel north on Route 5, two-way and in excellent condition, accessing the roundabout in Pullally in the direction of Papudo. They are 170 km.
If you travel from the north you must also do it along Route 5. From La Serena it is 330 km. and from Los Vilos 85 Km.
By bus
There are daily frequencies from nearby towns and from Santiago de Chile. Check with the respective road terminals.
