Also known as Barrio Obrero for its original purpose, the Queen Victoria District is a group of houses located in the city of Huelva, Spain, built in 1916. Located near the center of the city, on a small hill called Cerro de San Cristóbal, were an organization of single-family housing construction company which gave its name in honor of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom. It was built to house the workers of the mining company Rio Tinto Company Limited.
