The residence is situated in the countryside and is surrounded by fields. The house is located 12 km from the centre of Assisi, 20 km from the centre of Spello and 35 km from the centre of Perugia.
In the apartment, which is located on the first floor, you will find facilities like satellite-TV, gas heating, wireless internet and a hairdryer. From the balcony you have panoramic view.
